Founder and Executive Director
Erica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with 15 years of experience working with children between 18 months and 14 years of age in the fields of Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. With four New York State teaching certificates, Erica began her career as a classroom teacher before becoming a full-time Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT) and ABA provider to focus on individualized instruction. In addition to direct work with students, for the past eight years Erica has trained and supervised Early Intervention Instructors, SEIT and ABA providers, as well as BCBA candidates in New York City and New Orleans, Louisiana.
Erica received a Master of Arts from Columbia University, Teachers College in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California.
